Motswana Dies In Zambian Prison

A Zambian High Court will on November 23, 2021 deliver judgement in a case in which two Batswana men and a Zambian national are charged with possession of fake bills amounting to $37,800.

The trio was arrested by a team of undercover Drug Enforcement Commission (DEC) officers who were tipped off by an unnamed informant in early May 2021. One of the arrested Batswana men has since died while in police custody.

Zambian, Guyson Dindi is the first accused while the second and third accused are Muyenga Muyenga and Lemogang Salang, both from Botswana.
