FRANCISTOWN: Unangoni Salathi, a 35-year-old man accused of brutally killing his two children, has been denied bail by the Francistown Magistrate Court.

Salathi is alleged to have murdered his two children aged three and 11 months respectively, at Monarch location more than a week ago. Chief Magistrate Game Mooketsi today ruled that the investigating officer has sufficiently proved that Salathi is a flight risk. Therefore, she ordered Salathi to be remanded in custody pending investigations. Salathi will be back in court on August ,8 2024 for status update.
