Molome’s BNFWL lobby targets GBV

With the Botswana National Front (BNF) Women’s League (WL) heading for an elective congress later this month, campaigns have started heating up.

One of the lobbies seeking to take power, Team MAATLA led by Monica Molome launched their manifesto this week. Welcoming the media to the launch of manifesto, Sadie Moremomg who is contesting for the Secretary General position said the manifesto represents the hopes, aspirations and vision for their collective future.

“Today marks an exciting moment for team MAATLA as we present not only our policy priorities but also our commitment to transparency, accountability, and inclusive governance. This manifesto is a reflection of our dedication to listening to the voices of women and to address the challenges facing our women, disabled people and women at rural areas,” she said.
