Mogwera Challenges Expulsion From BOPEU

The High Court is this week expected to hear a case in which the suspended Botswana Public Employees Union (BOPEU) president, Masego Mogwera, is challenging her expulsion from the union.

Mogwera wants the court to bar the union from implementing decisions taken at a special general congress, which took place on November 30, 2019.

That is until final determination by the court pending before it and scheduled to be heard on February 11, 2020 or other time as court may determine, she argued.
