Mogoditshane police probe murder

The man was later certified dead by doctors on arrival at the Nkoyaphiri clinic. Police are still trying to piece together what happened as they interrogate the duo who brought in the deceased to the police station.

Acting Mogoditshane Police Station commander, Superintendent Sharpson Mbuso said they are also trying to locate the deceased’s family members and confirm his name and age but he is a well-known person in Metsimotlhabe. “Investigations are ongoing to establish what transpired and who assaulted the deceased because he had a wound on his head. We suspect he must have been stabbed with a sharp object. We suspect foul play hence the decision to launch investigations into the matter,” Mbuso said.
