Joint forces: Police have joined hands with churches to pray for road safety

MAUN: Police here say 61 people have been arrested for driving without licenses during a three-day law enforcement operation.

The operation was held from December 14th to 16th by Maun Police in collaboration with the Department of Road Transport Safety as well as the Botswana Unified Revenue Service.

In an interview with MmegiOnline, Maun District officer commanding, Onious Madziba, cautioned against driving without a license noting that it is an offence punishable by law.
