Man drags, rapes weeing woman

FRANCISTOWN: A 24-year-old man of Bodibeng village is in police custody for allegedly dragging a woman, who was having a wazz behind a bar, to his house to rape her.

On the case, Sehithwa Police Station commander, Superintendent Nshaki Mabophiwa said they are investigating a rape incident that took place on Friday. The incident happened at night near bushes behind the bar.

According to Mabophiwa, the 27-year-old woman of Itsoseng ward was grooving at a local bar when she decided to go out to relieve herself at a nearby bush. “While she was urinating, a man attacked and threatened her using a knife.
