Malope is new deputy chair of Ntlo ya Dikgosi


Kgosi Malope II of Bangwaketse has been elected the new vice chairperson of Ntlo Ya Dikgosi.

He has replaced Kgosi Lotlamoreng of Barolong who retired in June 2015. Lotlamoreng is now an MP for Goodhope/Mabule constituency.

Malope was elected during the opening of the Ntlo ya Dikgosi session after the then deputy chairperson of the house. This was after Lotlamoreng took leave from the chieftaincy to pursue political interests.

Kgosi Malope II won against Kgosi Tshipe Tshipe of Mahalapye and Kgosi Oreagetse Machiliza of Boteti region. Meanwhile, Kgosi Botike Motshegare of Barolong was also sworn in as a new member of Ntlo ya Dikgosi to replace Kgosi Lotlamoreng II.

How can this be achieved when there already is little care about the working conditions of those within the private sector employ?For a long time, private sector employees have been neglected by their employers, not because they cannot do better to care for them, but because they take advantage of government's laxity when it comes to protecting and advocating for public sector employees, giving the cue to employers within the private sector...
