Magosi responds to Khama letter

Magosi, who obtained a warrant to search for and collect weapons at the former president’s various residences says he has no obligation to collect guns from Khama as he claimed in his letter addressed to the spy chief.
“We deny that there is an obligation for us to collect the firearms. In that respect, we advise that your client hand over the said firearms to the DIS investigating officer not later than Monday 8, 2021, noon,” reads the letter.
