Land waiting lists to go public in October

The Minister of Lands and Housing, Prince Maele says land seekers will be able to view the names on the land waiting list publicly by October.

Speaking at a leadership forum yesterday, Maele said the development would force land authorities to clean up their waiting lists and ensure that land seekers have easy access.

“In October, I will make it public that people can now visit their respective Land Boards to inspect the waiting list.  This, therefore, means that you should clean up your waiting lists and regularly publicise them,” Maele said.
