Former spy chief Isaac Kgosi has been slapped with six counts following his arraignment before Village Magistrate's Court this morning.

The deposed former boss of the Directorate of Intelligence and Security (DIS) who seemed completely frustrated and lamenting at the harassment he was receiving, appeared in court after he was searched over the weekend and certain alleged items were taken including phones.

Kgosi whose plea was reserved due to the infancy of investigations as said by the State prosecutor, Omphemetse Mashiga was read the charge sheet of which the six charges ranged from possession of ammunition without licence, possession of armoured military vests resembling those of the Botswana Police Service and those of Botswana Defence Force (BDF).
