Judgement On Legality Of Mogwera's Suspension Soon

The Gaborone High Court will on September 20, 2019 deliver its judgement in a case in which the suspended Botswana Public Employees Union (BOPEU) president, Masego Mogwera is challenging the legality of her dismissal.

The urgent case was heard before Justice Christopher Gabanagae on Friday.

Mogwera was suspended from the union on April 27 at a meeting that was held at Regent Hotel.
