Justice Michael Mothobi of Gaborone High court has come out hard against Extension Two Magistrate, Jobbie Gaosikelwe’s conduct after the Magistrate refused to hear the bail application appeal by three Zimbabweans accused of murder. The trio previously applied for bail at the magistrates’ court, but it was refused. The applicants later made a second attempt at the same court, but a different magistrate Gaosikelwe refused to grant them bail.
