Homosexual in Court

Police say the man, was arrested after complaints that he had sex with a 14 year old boy. The accused was arrested on Friday.  While the man has maintained the act was consensual, police have gone on to charge him with the serious offence of defilement, as the subject involved is a minor. “The boy claims he and the man had been dating since September last year, but he is a minor who just completed his standard Seven,” said Mochudi station commander superintendent Simon Sitale.

The superintendent said the man would remain in police custody while waiting to be arraignment at court.
