Head-on crash leaves passenger dead, driver injured

A 35-year-old man who was a passenger in a Toyota Corolla car died after a collision with a public minibus on Friday morning in Mochudi.

The accident occurred at around 5:30am when the duo was driving from the west facing the eastern part into Mochudi village.

In an interview with The Monitor, Mochudi Police Station Commander, Superintendent Joel Masilo said the accident occurred after the driver, a 30-year-old man, lost control of the car and drove into the oncoming lane resulting in the head-on collision.
