To celebrate the ease of lockdowns and movement restrictions that stifled entertainment and took away from leisure, The Grand Palm will host its inaugural Gin Experience on November 6, 2021.

Taking advantage of the summer weather for an excursion into nature's green landscape to go promenade for good company and lift the spirits at the event, gin lovers can expect an impressive display at The Fig Tree Restaurant, showcasing a variety of local and international gins by the poolside. "With things slowly getting back to normal we are delighted to be able to offer our guests the opportunity to enjoy themselves again," says The Grand Palm marketing manager Malebogo Bahakgametse.

The event kicks off at noon. For only P350 guests receive a limited-edition souvenir glass and 10 gin tasting coupons to sample some of the finest gin spirits on the market. There will also be a DJ, a gin presentation as well as the opportunity to win a sought-after Gin Hamper. "It’s the perfect weekend outing, and we’re inviting all to join us for a special day," Bahakgametse said.
