SELEBI-PHIKWE: “If you want to know how painful it is to be outside the umbrella, especially when Botswana National Front (BNF), the vanguard, is in then ask Botswana Congress Party.”

Botswana Congress Party (BCP) vice president, Kesitegile Gobotswang said this at a Selebi-Phikwe rally as he warned Alliance for Progressives (AP) for its position to stay outside the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC).

“We have been there, we know and we bear testimony. We lost dismally under our slogan ‘Ready to Lead’ so do not be misled because you will be heavily threshed by Batswana through votes,” he said.
