Gaborone lawyer arrested for CEO murder

The Botswana Police has arrested a 31 year old Gaborone based lawyer Modise David in connection with the death of former Fairgrounds Holdings Chief Executive Officer, Michael who was shot and killed in Gaborone in the evening of October 18, 2015.

The suspect who was arrested on Wednesday in Gaborone appeared before Village Magistrate Court on Thursday facing a single count of murder and that of Stealing by Agent.

The accused is on bail and will appear at the same court on January 24, 2016.
