Four men who attacked passengers in a combi on Friday at Mogoditshane and stabbed a man to death with a knife appeared before Broadhurst Magistrate’s Court today.

The quartet, Lethata Tebatso Lesole, 23, Joseph Bohelo, 26, Ravern Mogapaesi, 23, and Goldman Tiroyamodimo Nkunga, 23, which is facing a murder charge along with four counts of robbery was arraigned earlier today. 

Court revealed that on the first count, on July 11 in Mogoditshane while acting jointly and in concert, the quartet murdered Wilson Chiundo. 

On the second count the four men allegedly robbed Tlalelo Madoko of P300 and a black jacket valued at P150 and at the time of the robbery were violent toward the victim.  On the third count the quartet is alleged to have robbed Mpho Rankwae of a black Huawei GR3 phone valued at P2,000 and in the process used violence on the said the victim. 

On the firth count the four young men are accused to have robbed Precious Kgosietsile of a red and green handbag valued at P150, food container at the value of P15, cash amounting to P50 and in the process were violent toward her.
