Four men appeared before the Village Magistrate court yesterday morning charged with the murder an Indian national in Block Six last month.

The men, Kitso Makwati, Bonno Mokgothe, Onkabetse Mogotso and Kitso Seiso appeared before Village chief magistrate Mompati Taolo. They were arrested on Monday.

The men shot dead Jinah Naik on October 1, 2016 in front of his family. According to the charge sheet, in addition to the murder, they are also charged with armed robbery.
