'Flight risk' robbery suspects denied bail

Two suspected robbers were yesterday denied bail by Broadhurst magistrate, Faith Ngandu pending finalisation of their trial. Ngandu, said there were strong reasonst to fear the duo may be fligh risk.

The suspects, Chalibiwa Samson and Lebang Ntesa, are facing counts of robbery, motor vehicle theft and burglary for a crime committed in November 2015 in Oodi village. 

The two revisited their bail application after the continuation of their trial was postponed to November 4, 2016.
