Father denies impregnating daughter, despite DNA tests

FRANCISTOWN: A 60-year-old man will on July 24, 2015, know his fate in a case in which he allegedly defiled his own daughter and impregnated her.

The state alleges that the father committed the offence in October 2008 at Newsstands location here. Mmegi is not naming the father in order to protect the alleged victim.

Making his final submissions on Friday, the accused reiterated his previous stance that it is impossible for him to have had sex with his daughter, who was then 12-years-old when the incident allegedly occurred.
