DPP again pursues Kgori Capital

The Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP) has charged Kgori Capital and its directors with corruption, weeks after the company won a Court of Appeal case against the seizure of its funds for alleged financial crimes.

The directors and the company were served with summons on August 21, 2019.

Insiders close to the case say the move by the DPP has the hallmark of malicious prosecution.
