DIS Search Application Against Khama Dismissed

A search warrant the Directorate of Intelligence and Security (DIS) sought against former president Ian Khama has been dismissed by Lobatse High Court judge Ranier Busang.

The search warrant application that was allegedly heard on Friday saw no appearance from Khama’s attorneys.

According to the order, the application was dismissed with no order to costs.
