Dikoloti takes BDP to court

Minister of Health, Edwin Dikoloti has taken his party to court challenging the Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) central committee (C C) for unceremoniously withdrawing him from candidacy of Mmathethe –Goodhope constituency after an emphatic primaries win.

The urgent court matter will be heard soon. The BDP CC chose Peggy Serame to be their candidate in this year's General Election. " We cannot comment on party internal matters," BDP spokesperson Kagelelo Kentse said when quizzed about the Dikoloti action.
