Court rejects second bail plea of alleged 'hitman'

Efforts of Hamadi Nkhuha allegedly hired by a man to kill his wife back in 2015 to secure bail failed once again when High Court Judge rejected his second urgent bail application.

Nkhuha is jointly charged with Ernest Legwale for the alleged murder of Thato Meswele back in September 2015 at Oodi village. 

Then, Legwale allegedly hired Nkhuha and Dzichanaka Davie believed to have fled to South Africa after committing the offence to kill his then wife, Dimpho Meswele but mistakenly killed her sister Thato.
