Newly elected Umbrella for Democratic Change councillor for Khwee, Mothusi Molodi is in police custody after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend and stabbed a man with a knife on Saturday and Sunday respectively at Khwee village.

No 8 district officer commanding, senior Superintendent Nkwebi Chilisa said the first incident in which Molodi assaulted his girlfriend occurred on Saturday while the second incident in which he assaulted and stabbed a man with a knife occurred on Sunday.
