The Vice Chancellor of Botswana University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (BUAN), Professor Ketlhatlhogile Mosepele, has announced that the institution is reviewing its remuneration structure.

Speaking during the long service ceremony, Mosepele emphasised the importance of reviewing the institution's practices, particularly concerning salaries. He explained that this effort is intended to show employees that their work doesn't go unnoticed and that the organisation genuinely cares about their well-being. "Because we care, a significant review of the BUAN General Conditions of Service has commenced. Currently, the document is being digested, debated, analysed, and thoroughly vetted by other structures in the university before it is brought before the council for approval," the Vice Chancellor said.

Mosepele assured the employees that the BUAN review process will be expediently dealt with to ensure employees get what they deserve in a short space of time. He highlighted that because BUAN values its employees, the review process isn't only restricted to the general condition of service but will also focus on salaries. "Because we care, we are about to undertake a thorough review of both the BUAN organisational structure and the remuneration and salary framework to address key concerns you have," he added. Mosepele further noted that the process will extend beyond just the organisational and salary structures, as well as general conditions of service. "Because we listen, we have also instituted the development of a framework for the promotion of support staff. This is because we recognise excellence," raved Mosepele. He went on to extend his gratitude to the BUAN staff for showing grit and dedication in their work and delivering outstanding performances throughout the years.

Sex orientation is a touchy subject and for young minds to be sexualised at a young age by a grown man perpetrating harm on them by cutting through their sphincter muscle to penetrate their anal canal. Anyone can...
