The Leader of Opposition, Advocate Duma Boko extended a helping hand yesterday to Itumeleng Primary School in Block 3, Gaborone by donating 120 chairs worth P24,000.

Boko runs a programme called Constituency Outreach, where he visits clinics, primary, junior, senior and tertiary schools within his Gaborone Bonnington North constituency.

On Monday he paid a courtesy call on Itumeleng Primary and the school management raised their concerns of shortage of chairs for their Standard 4 pupils.  “When I came to this school on Monday, I was very disturbed to hear that Standard 4 students are in short of 120 chairs to an extend of having two students sharing a chair.
