Another NSCI pipeline shutdown

Water Utilities Corporation (WUC) has said in a press release that the North South Carrier Scheme I (NSCI) pipeline will be out of operation for three days, from November 12 to 14, 2015.

WUC says the emergency shutdown will be done to carry out repairs on two leaks that the pipeline has developed at the Botswana International University of Science and Technology (BIUST).

The shutdown will result in periods of no water supply in Mahalapye and the Greater Gaborone area.
