Andansonia Hotel director implicated in conspiracy to murder

FRANCISTOWN: The director of Adonsonia Hotel, Chetani Upendera Joy and director of Rick Tuition Centre, Leanne Collette Brown have appeared in court to answer for one count of allegedl conspiracy to murder.

According to the charge sheet, Joy and Brown between July 2021 and January 2022, acting jointly and in concert conspired to kill Keletso Mengwe, Isabel Mengwe and Kevin Mengwe at Selepa.

When the accused appeared before Chief Magistrate Mareledi Dipate on Monday, their attorney Maliki Mmohe applied without success for the duo to be not remanded in custody.
