All nine Lechana Bus crash victims laid to rest

The nine people who lost their lives in last week's tragic bus accident at Lechana along the A1 Highway have now been positively identified through DNA testing and were laid to rest over the last weekend.

All the victims were Batswana and they comprised three males and six females with the youngest being a six-month-old infant, making the tragedy even more devastating for the affected families.

The fatal accident occurred on Sunday night when a northbound passenger bus travelling from Gaborone struck a cow along the A1 Highway.
