Indeed, culture is dynamic and keeps on "shedding some of its scales" and some practices and believes especially those that might be considered barbaric or useless by most, are bound to bite the dust.
One such believe which has been fading among many Batswana tribes is that of Dibeela (objects possessing some evil powers). Dibeela would mostly be blamed for poor rains among many Batswana communities. However, there are some who still hold strongly to the negative effects of such.
