Sbi Tech features Soccer Moruakgomo

A local Electronic Dance Music (EDM) DJ Sbi Tech currently ranking No.72 on the world Top Progressive EDM DJs, has just released a single called Lefatshe featuring the legendary Soccer Moruakgomo.

It is very rare to find a combination between such genres but the talented DJ who started a record label called Earl Grand, which releases EDM radio podcast weekly told Showbiz that he wanted to convert jazz into EDM with absolute no limits. “It is airing in Mafikeng at Motsweding FM, North West FM,” he said. He highlighted that it will soon debut on Yarona FM and RB2.

The DJ, who recently released a single, Take you there, said he has released the single just in time for the festive season and he will perform at the DStv iRock festival in Rustenburg on December 10. “I will also be performing my new song at the Jameson Party on December 1 and later at Wizkid show on December 2,” he highlighted.

His debut album, Mysterious Times was released in 2010, with two singles (My Heart On & On and I Can’t Say Goodbye) which were released two months prior to the album launch. He was among the top five We Love Asia DJ Hero at Sepang F1 Circuit, Kuala Lumpur to play alongside Steve Aoki, Ferry Corsten, DJ Antoine, Taio Cruz, RedFoo of LMFAO, hitting over 3,300 votes.

The EDM DJ started rising in 2010 with a debut electronic album, which raked in $10,000 within the same year. The album was played locally on Yarona FM, Duma FM, RB2 and Btv, and in South Africa’s Motsweding FM and Malaysia’s HitzFM, doing well in Asia Pacific.
