One of the highly booked artists this festive season, Makhadzi will headline yet another event called Kanye Festive Xplosion on December 24, 2021 at Mmakgodumo Gardens in Kanye.

Makhadzi will headline the concert alongside Master KG and Cairo, all from South Africa. The event organiser, Michael Sebaka also known as Uncledipopae in the entertainment industry, told Arts & Culture in an interview that they intend to bring the biggest show Kanye and nearby villages residents have ever experienced.

He said they want to do that by bringing only the best in both local and international music industry. "This is going to be an annual event and it will be the very first time it will be held in Kanye. We will be hosting this event every year on December 24 in Kanye. Locally we will be bringing talents like William Last KRM, SilvaT, Lyric and many more.

The objective of this event is to promote our village and attract tourists. We will also like to bring an entertainment that can amuse and bring our people together," he said. He added that they will follow and observe COVID-19 protocols. Sebaka said that their security will be very tight and also promised to give attendants a top notch service. “They are going to be the first people seeing Makhadzi sharing the stage with Master KG," he said. Tickets are sold at P150 ticket (early Bird), P200 for General ticket.


Tickets are to be purchased at Spars countrywide, Ko Gae Cafe and Shell Mongala.
