'Loso la Monnamogolo' to get live-band launch

Continentally revered traditional muso Shumba Ratshega, whose real name is Moses Malapela, will, for the first time, perform live locally as he launches his latest and most talked about offering, Loso La Monnamogolo next month.

The well-travelled musician sets in motion his eight track album launch at the Millennium Jazz Bar on February 8.

Shumba has always used backtracks for his local performances but will be backed by a band when he puts out his latest offing. In fact, he vows he will never use backtrack again after discovering the joys of live music.
