FRANCISTOWN: Local artists have applauded Kwambala festival for keeping the line-up strictly 100% indigenous for the last four years.

This comes after some local musicians slammed promoters for always headlining their shows with international acts, something that did not sit well with them as they believe such denies them a chance to grow.

Furthermore, local artists have given gratitude to the Kwambala festival promoter for giving home-grown artists the platform to shine alone without being outshone by international artist.
