Ushering in the season of festivities in style, the bubbliest event of the year offered revelers an array of prosecco, gourmet food and cheeses, while being serenaded by a live performance from Dato Seiko. In light of the global pandemic, event attendees were required to receive rapid Covid-19 tests upon entry to ensure the safety of all. “After what has been a challenging two years for the hospitality and tourism industry, we were more than thrilled to have had the privilege to do what we do best and that is to host unique experiences for our clientele.
The ethos of this event expand above and beyond bringing attention to the prosecco category,” Protea Hotel by Marriot Masa Square chief operations officer Andrew Kamanga revealed after the event. Kamanga added that they wanted to focus on the community, through providing a platform for sommeliers, travel journalists and influencers who lead the event.
