Opposition campaigners invade Mokoboxane

In a show of electoral unity, opposition parties have deployed campaigners and political activists to help canvass votes for the Botswana National Front (BNF) in the Mokoboxane by-elections.

Although the date of the by-election has not yet been set, the BNF has a massive rally slated for this weekend at the Boteti village.

Botswana Movement for Democarcy (BMD) spokesman Winfred Rasina said his party is sending a delegation comprising of him, the party chairman Nehemiah Modubule, secretary general Wynter Mmolotsi and other executive committee members together with about 30 members to assist the BNF clinch the council seat in Boteti.
