Screening for BNOC position starts

The Botswana National Olympics Committee (BNOC) will begin screening applicants for the post of Chief Operations Officer (COO) next week.

Although a date to fill the new post has not been set, the BNOC has said it is a priority. BNOC spokesperson, Mpho Motlhabane said 17 candidates have shown interest in the position following advertisements in the local press.

More applicants from recruiting agencies will be added to the list. “It is not like we did not get what we wanted, we just need as many applicants to get the best candidate possible,” Motlhabane told Mmegi Sport.
