In the space of a week, fitness fanatic, Patimile Kebadiretse, went from having a mild stomach ache to later testing positive for COVID-19. He speaks about the agony of those dark days in November when even a five minute phone call left him exhausted and breathless. Staff Writer, MBONGENI MGUNI reports

In a typical week, Patimile Fred Kebadiretse goes to the gym for five days and does ten kilometres or more of running on Saturday.

This past Saturday, he ran for 12 kilometres and each step was a reminder of how far he has come since a dark, life threatening episode in early November.
