BONU says nurses have important role to play to assist victims of abuse/violence

The chairperson of Botswana Nurses Union (BONU) gender affairs Gomolemo Sentlhaga has urged fellow nurses that they have an important role to play in their work both in hospital and community settings to assist women (and their children) who are victims of abuse/violence, adding that BONU also is alive to the fact that in their line of duty nurses are also victims of Gender Based Violence (GBV).
