FRANCISTOWN: Police in Francistown believe that a suspect in a case in which a man raped a woman in her 30s on Saturday at Area A location, could be the same one in a similar offence that happened three months ago in the same location.

Saturday’s rape incident is said to have happened at around 2am. The suspect remains at large according Francistown Police Station commander Lebalang Maniki.

“The manner in which the Saturday crime was committed is similar to the manner in which the initial crime was committed nearly three months ago,” Maniki said.
