After a dry spell in terms of attendance at the monthly Bush Farm Sundays (BFS), last Sunday saw the festive season make a grand entrance with satisfactory numbers gracing the occasion at Adashe Garden Resort in Thamaga.
Now, to capitalise on the festive fever, the event organisers have set a new date, December 23, as their last event for the year.
Normally hosted every last Sunday of the month, event organiser Lucy Ranko, told Arts & Culture that the shutdown event will be held two days before Christmas in order to appreciate everyone who supported BFS this year. He said they would not be hosting on a Sunday but rather on a Monday. “We would have liked to keep with the tradition since Sundays are regarded as the most chilled day of the weekend,” he said.

The event that is mostly attended by women and children gave everyone a chance to relax while listening to a selection of music that would calm the soul. Children were in the pool enjoying the summer breeze while their elders were in a socialising mood
