Thando Makoba, 19, from Makakatlela ward in Mochudi was crowned the fifth Miss Independence Kgatleng at Ntefo Conference Centre in Mochudi recently.

After the fifth parade, the girls were shortlisted to the Top Nine, then Top Five and lastly Top Three where now the remaining queens were chosen.
