Saleshando vows to prosecute Masisi over NPF

FRANCISTOWN: The vice president of the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC), who is also the leader of Botswana Congress Party (BCP), Dumelang Saleshando, has vowed that one of their first priorities after winning the elections would be to investigate if President Mokgweetsi Masisi embezzled funds from the National Petroleum Fund (NPF) with the view to speedily prosecute him.

Saleshando made the pledge during the well-attended launch of UDC parliamentary candidate for Tonota Pono Moatlhodi on Sunday afternoon.

The UDC vice president said that his party would investigate all top government officials to find if traces of their hands can be found in the cookie jar.
