Masa Square Hotel launched a tantalising new menu at both the Don Carlos Restaurant and the Carlitos Café this week.

The menus have been inspired by the Masa Square Hotel’s desire to appeal to an increasingly nuanced palate for refined cuisine, as Batswana appreciate and look for a more continental flair in their pursuit of culinary adventures.

Chef Melissa Ngoni said they have been working for weeks to identify the perfect flavours to infuse into Masa Square Hotel’s new menus, with the culinary harmony for the taste buds.
