Police are probing the deaths of a couple and their daughter after their bodies were discovered yesterday morning in the bush opposite tsholofelo east towards the ponds.
The couple that was resident at phase 2, gaborone is believed to be in their 30s and their daughter likely to be between two and three years. A passerby who alerted the police discovered them.
Confirming the incident, broadhurst police station commander, superintendent obusitswe lokae told mmegi that the deceased’s car was also discovered by roadside not far from the crime scene.
"we suspect they might have been forced by their killer(s) to drive to that side of the old cemeteries
Lokae said they also suspect a steel tool might have been used as the woman sustained a cracked skull and the man sustained a cracked jaw.
Asked if the daughter sustained any injuries lokae said it appears she was strangled to death.
