As more Batswana continue to be affected by non -contagious diseases such as stroke and heart attack, a young Motswana, Daniel Moeng from Mochudi has put forth most of his years to establish a health and fitness outfit to deal with the challenges.

Having grown up in the United Kingdom (UK) with one of his parents being a medical practitioner 28 year old Moeng was now forced to live a healthy lifestyle. “While in the UK.  I developed love for boxing, to an extent that I even became a professional,” said Moeng. While in his quest to deliver services to the people when coming back home Moeng in 2013 started a home gym at his house in Gaborone, Phase 2.

Due to lack of funds, in the ground breaking stages of his dream, he provided his services for free at times just to make sure that potential clients realise his value. “ A couple of individuals approached me with an attempt to recruit me into their won organisations.  But I resisted because my aspiration was to establish a gym with equal type of training.  A facility where everyone could get an opportunity to work out to and curb some of the deadly health diseases,” he said.
