Tips To A Happy Life (Part 2)

Last week, I told you I had been invited to speak at an upcoming event on happiness. I have been hired to teach employees how to be happier in hopes that healthier happier employees will offer better customer service and in turn secure more customer loyalty and more successful businesses.

I have gotten a lot of good feedback from that article, so I thought we would take another week to talk about happiness. As I have been studying this subject in preparation for the upcoming speeches I will be giving at the customer service conference, I have been studying a man named Victor Frankl.

He is a fascinating man whom I encourage you to go research. Victor Frankl lived in the time of Nazi Germany. He was a psychiatrist by profession who had been taught that we are a product of our environments, meaning the nature around us shapes who we become.
